本文重点介绍了我校实行改革开放以来干部管理部门转变科技人才管理思想、改革管理模式所取得的成果。同时指出了现行人才管理中尚存在的不足。认为加强科技人才管理,鼓励优秀人才脱颖而出,必须用量化、质化相结合综合考核评价科技人员;健全现行专业技术职务评定制度;打破论资排辈桎梏,鼓励年青干部囊冒尖:提倡科技干部合理流动,力求专业技术干部在最佳位置发挥最大科技能力。实行筛选制度:制定切实可行的奖励制度。
