养阴合剂(原抗白喉合剂)是由生地、麦冬、元参、连翘、黄芩组成的复方。据报道有抗毒素、抗菌作用,在临床上治疗急性扁桃体炎、咽峡炎、局限型白喉及轻度中毒型白喉均有一定疗效。近年来有些单位运用养阴法治疗肿瘤患者的放疗反应取得一定的疗效。中医认为辐射损伤属于火毒伤阴证,因此临床治疗采用滋阴法。我们用养阴合剂防治经~(60)Co γ线全身一次照射的小鼠,观察了其抗辐射作用及对淋巴细胞转化和股骨骨髓DNA含量的影响。
Yangyin Mixture (formerly anti-diphtheria mixture) is a compound consisting of habitat, Ophiopogon japonicus, Yuanshen, Forsythia, and Radix Astragali. It has been reported to have antitoxin and antibacterial effects. Clinically, it has certain curative effects in the treatment of acute tonsillitis, angina, localized diphtheria and mildly intoxicated diphtheria. In recent years, some units have used yin therapy to treat tumor patients with radiotherapy response to achieve a certain effect. Chinese medicine believes that radiation damage belongs to the yin syndrome of fire poisoning. Therefore, nourishing yin is used for clinical treatment. We used Yangyin mixture to control mice irradiated once with systemic 60Co gamma rays and observed their anti-radiation effects and their effects on lymphocyte transformation and bone marrow DNA content.
