彩色电视红色荧光粉近年来发展较快,1964年以前以锌镉硫化物类型的红粉为主,1964年以后发展为稀土红粉①。稀土硫氧化物就是其中的一种,由于它的亮度比钒酸盐高,色度又比较好,因此广泛地应用在彩色电视显象管中。②-⑤ 制备稀土硫氧化物红粉的方法是比较多的,有通硫化氢气体法⑥,硫氰酸盐熔融法⑦-⑧以及混合熔融法⑨等。 通硫化氢气体法,反应不均匀,操作条件不好。硫氰酸盐熔融法需要二次处理,因此,我们采用了混合熔融法。它是根据Na_2CO_3和S在高温时生成的Na_2S和Na_2Sx与
