作者研究部分和全口缺牙的病人在使用基托义齿的过程中涎腺分泌功能的适应性变化,检查部分缺牙(16个以上)和全口缺牙病人25例,研究义齿修复以前和修复以后第1天(18例)、7天与15天(14例)和30天(16例)时涎腺的分泌活动。同时检查使用基托义齿2年~3年功能满意者12例。还检查牙列完整者10例作为对照组。先收集10分钟基础混合唾液,然后内服毛果芸香硷(1%0.6ml),经过15,40和90分钟收集混合唾液,测定唾液的总蛋白含量,用荧光法测定儿茶酚胺和组织胺含量,用火焰光度计测定钾和钠含量。
The authors studied the adaptive changes of salivary gland secretion in patients with edentulous dentition using partial dentures, examining partial edentulous (more than 16) and edentulous patients in 25 cases.
