在工业设计中经常会用到五轴数控加工技术,因此数控程序的设计需要综合考虑整个数控系统的性能,然后依附于CAM数控程序才能实现,在程序命令的设计中关于CAM命令是否合理完整,必须经过后置的验证方法才可以得到准却的核实,正是基于这种研究背景,该研究以五轴数控系统的制造作为出发点,将混合型的立卧五轴加工中心作为重点,典型五轴车铣复合零件加工具体的案例作为辅助性研究,从而分析了采用计算机辅助技术的五轴数控加工技术试验工作的原理以及操作实践流程,这一过程包括系统的工艺设计到五轴数控加工技术的程序后置验证,从研究结果来看,这些操作理论与实践方式具有很强的综合性和普遍性,可以作为同行借鉴的参考理论,从而不断提高我国工业生产的技术和效率。
