通过对实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)工艺条件下铸坯出模淬火、1200℃保温淬火、热轧3道次淬火和热轧7道次抑制剂(硫化物和氮化物)析出的TEM观察。分析了析出相的成分和铸坯装炉温度对抑制剂析出规律的影响,得出铸坯出模淬火有极少量抑制剂析出,1200℃保温可以重新固溶细小或不完全析出的抑制剂。经3道次热轧淬火的带钢中有少量抑制剂析出,而轧制7道次的热轧带钢中有大量抑制剂析出。铸坯以840℃和大于1000℃入1200℃加热炉其热轧带钢抑制剂的析出粒子平均尺寸和每个视场析出粒子数量基本相同,含Cu的析出粒子尺寸相对较小。
The slab was quenched at 1200 ℃ by quenching, three times by hot-rolling and seven times by hot-rolling (sulfide and nitride) precipitated by laboratory simulation of slab continuous casting and rolling (TSCR) TEM observation. The influence of composition of precipitated phase and furnace temperature on inhibitor precipitation was analyzed. It was found that a very small amount of inhibitor precipitated during quenching of the slab and precipitated finely or incompletely precipitated at 1200 ℃. A small amount of inhibitor precipitated in the hot-rolled strip after 3 passes, while a large amount of inhibitor precipitated in the hot-rolled strip 7 times. The average size of precipitated particles and the amount of precipitated particles per field in the hot rolled strip inhibitor at a temperature of 840 ℃ and greater than 1000 ℃ in a furnace at 1200 ℃ are basically the same, and the precipitated particles containing Cu are relatively small in size.
