目的分析山东省邹平县2013年流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)流行病学特征,为防控乙脑提供科学依据。方法收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统乙脑监测信息报告管理系统2013年邹平县乙脑报告病例信息,采用描述流行病学方法分析其流行病学特征。结果 2013年邹平县报告乙脑病例22例,发病率为3.01/10万。发病时间为8~10月,其中9月份发病19例,占86.36%。45岁以上人群发病17例,占77.27%;农村地区发病21例,占95.45%;农民发病18例,占81.82%。结论邹平县乙脑以成人发病为主,应探索开展成人乙脑疫苗接种。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Japanese encephalitis (JE) in 2013 in Zouping County, Shandong Province, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of JE. Methods The information of JE monitoring information reporting system in China was collected from 2013 to 2013 in Zouping County, and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results In 2013, Zouping County reported 22 cases of Japanese encephalitis, with a prevalence of 3.01 / 100,000. Incidence of 8 to 10 months, of which 19 cases in September, accounting for 86.36%. There were 17 cases (77.27%) in the population over 45 years of age, 21 cases (95.45%) in rural areas and 18 cases (81.82%) of peasants. Conclusion Zouping County, JE in adult-based, should explore the development of adult JE vaccination.
