利用生物信息学方法预测香蕉中的miRNA,即通过将miRBase数据库中的已知植物的miRNA与香蕉EST和GSS数据库进行BLAST比对搜索,筛选出潜在的miRNA,最后得到16条香蕉miRNA,分属于9个miRNA家族,其中3条来源于EST数据库,13条来源于GSS数据库,并利用在线软件psRNATarget预测其靶基因,共得到168个靶基因,分别编码多种功能蛋白,参与各生物学过程。
Bioinformatics methods were used to predict miRNAs in bananas by searching the miRNAs of known plants in the miRBase database with banana ESTs and GSS databases for BLAST search to screen out potential miRNAs and finally obtaining 16 banana miRNAs belonging to Nine miRNA families, of which three were derived from the EST database and 13 were derived from the GSS database. The target genes were predicted using the online software psRNATarget. A total of 168 target genes were obtained, encoding a variety of functional proteins and participating in various biological processes.
