设施陈旧、人才缺乏、防疫系统弱化使贫困地区医疗卫生状况雪上加霜。要破解这一难题除加大财政输血补上卫生欠账外,还必须解决实际工作中存在的“三大矛盾”,重建卫生服务体系。
Outdated facilities, lack of human resources, and weakened epidemic prevention system have made the situation in the poor areas worse. In order to solve this problem, in addition to increasing financial transfusions and making up for health debts, we must also resolve the “three major contradictions” that exist in practical work and rebuild the health service system.
