随着我国市场经济的转型和各企业模式的革新,企业共青团工作的运作效率、管理力度和评价方式等方面均出现较多问题,不能适应新时期共青团工作的需要。将项目化管理模式运用到企业共青团工作之中,不仅可以提高共青团工作管理的效率,还可以激发更多人群参加到工作的积极性。本文分析了当前企业团体工作项目管理模式中存在的不足,对企业共青团工作项目管理模式的内涵及特点进行反思,进而对相关问题提出了改进措施。
With the transformation of market economy in our country and the innovation of various business models, there are many problems in the operation efficiency, management and evaluation methods of the Communist Youth League enterprises, which can not meet the needs of the CYL work in the new era. Applying the project-based management model to the work of the Communist Youth League can not only improve the efficiency of the work management of the Communist Youth League, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of more people to participate in the work. This article analyzes the existing problems in the project management mode of the enterprise groups and reflects on the connotation and characteristics of the project management model of the Communist Youth League in enterprises, and then puts forward some improvement measures to the related problems.
