现阶段煤炭行业形势低迷,全国煤炭企业都不景气。煤炭企业如何在大环境不乐观的情况下把握行业发展方向,调节企业中不同岗位员工的比例设置,把握最大程度地发挥企业活力,保障煤炭企业的行业竞争力是迫在眉睫的问题。本文针对我国煤炭企业人事管理现存的问题,对改进煤炭企业人力管理的方式进行了探究。
At this stage of the coal industry downturn, the national coal business are in recession. How to grasp the direction of the development of the industry, how to adjust the proportion of employees in different positions in the enterprise, how to exert the vitality of the enterprise to the maximum extent and guarantee the industry competitiveness of the coal enterprises are the most urgent problems. In this paper, according to the existing problems of personnel management in coal enterprises in our country, this paper explores the ways to improve the human resources management in coal enterprises.
