The strategy of ceramic production is to study and determine the plans for developing the direction, goals, and steps for the production of export ceramics. It provides a solid material foundation for the realization of export strategy. The strategy for the development of ceramics exports must implement the policy of opening up to the outside world and invigorating the environment, and on the basis of independence and self-reliance, we should actively develop ceramics foreign trade by focusing on improving economic efficiency. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee, Jingdezhen’s ceramic production and exports have achieved great results. However, for the growing and expanding international market, it is far from meeting the needs. Jingdezhen ceramics, known as the porcelain capital, accounted for only 1.1% of the total amount of world ceramic exports.
