由南京水利水文自动化研究所研制的南京市防汛调度自动化系统,于1991年5月27日正式开通,并投入正常运行。在今年6月中旬南京市遭受历史罕见的特大暴雨洪水的防汛抗洪救灾工作中发挥了重要作用。整个系统由通信网和遥测网两部分组成。通信网具有两个话路,两对频率,采用半双工通信方式,其中包括1个中心站(市防汛指挥部)、1个中继站、9个分中心站(五县四郊)、4个固定话路、4个移动车载指挥台和若干个手持台。各台相互之间采用自动拔号通话,中心站可以选呼,全呼网内所有各电台;通信范围南至高淳(直线距离82公里)北至六合,覆盖了整个南京市;中心站、车载指挥台和手持台可经有/无线转接器进入用户有线网;中继站无人值守,自动转接。通信机全部采用日本原装的KG系列,可靠性高、性能好、功能全。遥测网包括1个中心站、
Nanjing Flood Control and Dispatching Automation System developed by Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic and Hydraulics Automation was officially opened on May 27, 1991 and put into normal operation.
