地铁车辆制动闸片磨耗检测是在列车运行过程中采用激光测量技术自动完成制动闸片磨耗测量的在线自动检测系统,它可在无人值守情况下全天候工作,能提供准确的闸片厚度测量值,对超过闸片磨耗限度的轮对能准确提供故障定位,实现状态跟踪,能及时向指定终端发出故障报警。该系统将激光线光源投射到制动闸片的有效部位上,CCD高速摄像机在车轮传感器的作用下动态抓拍制动闸片激光轮廓线图像,通过图像采集、图像处理、三维重建、尺寸计算等算法实现制动闸片的磨耗测量。
