座谈会于1988年2月2日在国家机械委机械科技情报所举行。编委会主任委员高景德同志主持了会议并最后作了总结。会议共到编委13人、顾问5人;另外,学会秘书处、学报及杂志编辑部、情报所有关领导等8人,共26人。会议首先由高庆荣同志汇报了此次通讯会议的过程(先发出通信会议文件收集意见,再召开在京编委及顾问座谈会,根据全国返回的意见,作出决定,并函告全体编委及顾问)。通信会议文件发出后共收到返回意见52份,汇总成为25个问题,会上还作了研究,今介绍其主要决定如下: 1.学报要进一步提高质量,加强权威性; 2.创办《专利与革新》,介绍有关电工技术的各种奖励项目和专利项目;《论文简介》,介绍学校硕士生、博士生的论文、电工技术学报论文以及各
