精细化管理是企业发展建设的重要基础和前提,军队各项工作的开展离不开部队的财务管理,要实现部队财务的精细化管理,促进部队资金的利用率,促进各项工作的顺利开展。当前部队财务管理中还存在着诸多问题,管理效果并不高,本文就部队财务管理中存在的问题进行分析,探究部队财务中精细化管理的应用。

It is necessary to achieve the fine management of the military finance, promote the utilization of the army’s funds and promote the smooth development of various tasks . This article analyzes the problems existing in the troop financial management and explores the application of the refined management in the troop finance.
