探讨细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液标本中葡萄球菌的感染状况及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法:对1996年10月至1998年12月间164例细菌培养阳性的前列腺液标本的细菌学检查、药敏试验进行分析。结果:164份阳性标本培养分离出14个种别、175株病原菌,金黄色葡萄球菌占60.6%,其百分比率显著高于其它病原菌(P<0.01),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占17.1%,居14种感染菌的第二位;青霉素G、红霉素、白霉素对葡萄球菌耐药率为81%~95%,氟喹诺酮类对葡萄球菌耐药率为33%~50%,丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平、头孢哌酮、对葡萄球菌耐药率<30%,万古霉素对葡萄球菌全部显示敏感。结论:葡萄球菌是细菌性前列腺炎的主要病原菌,对临床常用抗菌药物具有较高的耐药性,万古霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平、头孢哌酮对葡萄球菌较为敏感,可用于葡萄球菌所致前列腺炎的治疗。“,”Objective: To study the infectious condition and the sensitivity to usual antimicrobial agents of staphylococcus inthe samples of suecus prostaticus of patients suffering from bacterial prostatitis. Methods: To analyze the results of bacteriological examination and drug suseeptivity test of 164 sueeus prostaticus samples which appeared positive in culture from October of1996 to December of 1998. Results: S.aureus accounted for 60.6% ,which was obviously higher than other germs ( P <0.01) .Coagulas-negative staphylocous (CNS) accounted for 17.1%,whieh is No 2 in the 14 kinds of germs. The drug resistance rate of penicillin G erythromycin and albomycin to staphylococcus was 81%~95%; that of fluoroquinolones was 33%~50% ;and that of amikacin, eefazolin, nemyein, rifampiein and eefoperazone was lower than 30%; vancomyein appeared susceptible to all staphylococcus. Conclusion: Staphyloeoecus was the main germ of bacterial prostatitis, and appeared high drug resistance to usual antimicrobial agents. Vaneomyein, amikaein, eefazolin, neomycin, rifampicin and eefoperazone were susceptibleto staphylococcus and can be used to cure the prostatitis caused by staphylecoccus.
