公民道德水平与城市化建设统一于社会的和谐发展过程中。改革开放以来,我国公民道德素质虽然有了很大提高,初步建立了与现代化城市相配套的价值观念和基本行为规范体系。但是,在城市现代化进程中,一些问题日益凸显,如不文明、不诚信、不守规的现象时有发生,在这些问题的背后,与公民的道德素质有关。通过探讨当下城市化快速进程中的一些突出的公民道德问题,意欲分析背后的深层次原因,旨在为我国城市化建设提供一些建议和参考。
The level of civic morality and urbanization are united in the harmonious development of society. Since the reform and opening up, although the moral quality of our citizens has greatly improved, we have initially established the values and basic normative systems that are compatible with the modernized cities. However, in the course of urban modernization, some problems have become increasingly prominent. Occurrences of uncivilized, dishonest, and non-compliance have always occurred. Behind these problems, they are related to the moral qualities of citizens. By discussing some prominent civil moral problems in the rapid urbanization process nowadays, we intend to analyze the underlying reasons behind the urbanization process and provide some suggestions and references for the urbanization in our country.
