美军:分层次统筹规划,统一标准,实现各军种的互联互通目前,美军战术C~4I系统是20世纪70~80年代初开始由各军种分别研制而成的,由于当时各自为战,陆海空分系统之间还不能完全互联,并存在相互脱节的问题。据美《洛杉矶时报》报道,在伊拉克战场,由于无线电编码不同,相互之间无法联系,底格里斯河沿岸的美陆军和美海军部队持续交火了一个晚上。为吸取教训,美军决定把分立式、封闭式的独立系统,集合成分布式的、开放的大系统,并制订了未来一体化C~4I系统发展计划。
At present, the tactical C 4I system of the U.S. military was developed by various service branches at the beginning of the 1970s and early 1980s. Since then they were fighting each other, the land, sea and air separation System can not be fully interconnected, and there is the problem of disjunction. According to the Los Angeles Times, the United States Army and the U.S. naval forces along the Tigris River continued their firefight all night on the Iraqi battlefield because radio codes were different and could not be linked to each other. To learn the lesson, the U.S. military decided to put discrete and closed independent systems together into a distributed and open large-scale system and formulated a plan for the future integrated C ~ 4I system development.
