输卵管结扎术手术简单、操作方便、是目前达到永久性不孕的最常用的方法。但由于输卵管系膜内子宫和卵巢静脉部分被结扎 ,静脉回流受阻 ,使部分受术者在输卵管结扎术后出现盆腔瘀血综合征。笔者调查了 615例输卵管结扎术后其中有 64例 (占 10 40 % )出现临床症状 ,现报告如下
Tubal ligation surgery is simple, easy to operate, is currently the most commonly used method to achieve permanent infertility. However, due to the fallopian tube mesangial uterine and ovarian vein part of the ligation, venous obstruction, so that some patients after tubal ligation occurred pelvic congestion syndrome. I investigated 615 cases of tubal ligation in which 64 cases (10 40%) clinical symptoms, are as follows
