档案是图书馆的重要文献之一,也是图书馆工作的重要信息组成部分,它真实、全面及详细地记录了图书馆的各项资料,只有做好图书馆档案管理工作,才能够保障图书馆工作的持续、稳定运行。然而目前我国有部分图书馆所使用的档案管理方法不够科学,这在一定程度上影响了其管理效率。本文主要针对图书馆档案管理的创新方法进行研究,以期能够对我国图书馆的发展有所助益。
