本文以江浙两省24个城市为例,结合地区经济发展情况,对科技创新效率的关键因素进行分析。研究将科技创新效率使用DEA-Malquist指数法,具体分解为技术效率与规模效率,并以2007-2010年和2010-2013年两阶段的进行对比,具体探究不同阶段以及技术和规模效率对科技创新效率的影响。在此基础上提出了强化创新系统的过程管理、调整科技投入要素的比例和引进和整合全球创新型人才等对策建议。
Taking 24 cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as an example, this paper analyzes the key factors of the efficiency of science and technology innovation according to the regional economic development.
