徐淑芬1954年毕业于北方交大铁道商务系,1958年在母校的运输工程系研究生毕业。后任铁道部科学研究院研究员。毕生从事铁道货运、集装箱和大陆桥运输的研究,是该学科的学术带头人。 历任全国集装箱标准化技术委员会委员、中国铁道学会运输委员会集装箱学组副组长、《铁道装卸与集装箱运输》期刊副主编、中国大陆桥集装箱运输研究试运工作组成员等。
Xu Shufen graduated in 1954 from the North Jiaotong University Railway Business Department, 1958 in his alma mater, Department of Transportation Engineering graduate. He served as a researcher at the Academy of Science of the Ministry of Railways. Lifelong engaged in rail freight, container and continental bridge transportation research, is the subject of academic leaders. Served as a member of the National Container Standardization Technical Committee, deputy director of the container group of the Transport Committee of China Railway Society, deputy editor of Journal of Railway Handling and Container Transport, member of the China Container Transport Research Trial Working Group.
