角膜异物以磁性金属异物(铁屑)为最多,约占角膜异物的86.29%。浅表异物,较易剔除,角膜深层异物,尤其是嵌插深达后弹力层,或部分已进入前房的异物,摘取时常感较为困难。作者在手术显微镜或裂隙灯下采用磁化摘取法,摘出这种磁性异物获得成功,现介绍如下: 方法:消毒麻醉。同常规置入开睑器,充分暴露出创面,把手术显微镜或裂隙灯调至最清晰位置,观察清楚异物嵌插的部位及其深度。角膜异物针用电磁铁反复间断通电感应磁化3~4次,使其具有一定的
