本文目的是对中、重度哮喘发作时测定周围血中IL-5水平,以研究口服糖皮质酮在该IL-5水平下的作用;另一目的是为更正确地证明糖皮质酮对周围T 淋巴细胞表面活力的表达以及其它标记的作用。全组共15例发作的哮喘患者,口服糖皮质酮,均同时吸入β_2激动剂,大部分吸入糖皮质酮,少数还口服β_2激动剂或茶碱类药物。每例在用β_2动剂后FEV_1至少改善20%。7例正常人作对照组。在口服激素第1天和第7天肺功能有改善时分别抽取外周血分离出单个核细胞,用细胞流速仪测CD_4和CD_(?)T 细胞的CD_(25)、人类组织相容抗原(HLA-DR)、CD_(45)RA 和CD_(45)RO 的表达,以及用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-5的浓度。
