党的十四届六中全会《决议》提出，加强社会主义精神文明建设首先要从严治党，搞好党风，要求全党按照中央的部署，坚持不懈地加强党风廉政建设，深入持久地开展反腐败斗争。推行政务公开制度，就是从体制、机制、法制“三位一体”上抑制腐败，推进廉政勤政建设的一项重大改革
The “Resolution” of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward that to strengthen socialist spiritual civilization, we must first strictly control the party and improve the party’s work style. We urge the entire party to persevere in building a clean government and a long- Fight against corruption. The implementation of the open system of government affairs means a major reform that curb corruption and promote the construction of a clean and honest administration since the “trinity” of the system, mechanism and legal system
