The basic methods commonly used in medical statistics are still not popular among the majority of medical and health workers in China. For the modernization of our country’s medicine, many medical practitioners have the desire to self-study some common basic methods of medical statistics. In the commonly used basic methods of medical statistics, many people find it difficult to understand the direct computer rate method of the four-squares table, and think that the calculation method is troublesome. For many years in the practice of medical education, the author has gained some experience in the popularization of the method and the simplification of calculation methods.
