中华人民共和国国务院令第664号《地图管理条例》已经2015年11月11日国务院第111次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2016年1月1日起施行。总理李克强2015年11月26日第一章总则第一条为了加强地图管理,维护国家主权、安全和利益,促进地理信息产业健康发展,为经济建设、社会发展和人民生活服务,根据《中华人民共和国测绘法》,制定本条例。
The State Council Decree No. 664 of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Map Regulations was passed at the 111th executive meeting of the State Council on November 11, 2015 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on January 1, 2016. Premier Li Keqiang Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of the map, safeguard national sovereignty, security and interests, promote the healthy development of the geographic information industry and serve the economic construction, social development and people’s livelihood, according to the principle of “the Chinese people Republic Act of Surveying and Mapping, ”enacted this Ordinance.
