目的:建立小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中阿斯帕坦的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Agi Lent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为204 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μl。结果:阿斯帕坦在21.72~868.67μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.36%(RSD=0.3%,n=6)。结论:该方法稳定性和重复性均较好,可用于测定小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aspartame in children with Paracetamol and Huangnaomin granules. Methods: Agi Lent Zorbax SB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L -1 phosphoric acid (20:80) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · Min ~ (-1), the detection wavelength was 204 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 10μl. Results: Aspartame showed a good linear relationship (r = 1.000 0) with an average recovery of 99.36% (RSD = 0.3%, n = 6) in the range of 21.72-868.67 μg · ml -1. Conclusion: The method is stable and reproducible, which can be used to determine the quality control of paracetamol and Huangnaomin granule in children.
