目的:测定盐酸林可霉素乳膏的含量。方法:依据氯化钯与盐酸林可霉素形成稳定络合物,用紫外分光光度法于380nm处测定其吸收度,并计算含量。结果:回收率为99.63％,RSD为0.18％,线性范围为36.56～82.26μg/ml。结论:该方法适合该制剂的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of lincomycin hydrochloride cream. Methods: A stable complex was formed with palladium chloride and lincomycin hydrochloride. The absorbance was measured at 380 nm by UV spectrophotometry and the content was calculated. Results: The recovery was 99.63% with RSD of 0.18% and the linear range was 36.56 ~ 82.26μg / ml. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of the content of the preparation.
