Business activities of enterprises can be understood as the process of resource competition, re-use and utilization. Among numerous resources, human resources are getting more and more attention. The survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from the allocation of human resources. Excellent human resources management is an important means to achieve organizational goals. Correct understanding of the importance of the integration of human resources in M & A and the effective implementation of human resources integration are problems that M & A enterprises urgently need to solve.
