手足口病(HFMD)是由肠道病毒引起的急性传染病。此病传染性强,传播途径主要通过人群消化道、呼吸道和分泌物密切接触等途径传播。柯萨奇病毒A 16(CoxA 16)和肠病毒71型(EV71)是手足口病的主要病原。2008年6月7日至2008年7月19日止,红山农场学校学前班中发生一起手足口病暴发疫情。现将对其流行病学调查处理结果报告如下。
Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is an acute infectious disease caused by enteroviruses. The disease is contagious, the main route of transmission through the human digestive tract, respiratory and secretions in close contact with other means of transmission. Coxsackie virus A 16 (CoxA 16) and enterovirus 71 (EV71) are the major pathogens of HFMD. From June 7, 2008 to July 19, 2008, an outbreak of hand-foot-mouth disease occurred in preschool of Hongshan Farm School. Now its epidemiological survey results are reported below.
