我院自1985～1988年间收治新生儿产气杆菌败血症42例,报告如下。临床资料一般资料:男35例,女7例。发病日龄:24小时以内9例,～3天14例,～7天10例,～28天9例。孕龄不足37周18例。出生体重低于2500g 24例。分娩情况:窒息20例,羊膜早破9例,羊水混浊8例。症状和体征:黄疸30洌,精神萎糜及入院后发热各29例,拒奶28洲,皮肤硬肿27例,不哭26例,腹胀及呕吐各21例,青紫19例,气急17例,呼吸暂停13例,入院时体温不升及肺部
Our hospital since 1985 to 1988 admitted 42 cases of neonatal Aerobacter septicemia, the report is as follows. General information on clinical data: 35 males and 7 females. Age of onset: 9 cases within 24 hours, ~ 3 days in 14 cases, ~ 7 days in 10 cases, ~ 28 days in 9 cases. Pregnancy less than 37 weeks in 18 cases. 24 birth weight less than 2500g 24 cases. Childbirth: Asphyxia in 20 cases, 9 cases of amniotic premature rupture, cloudy in 8 cases of amniotic fluid. Symptoms and signs: jaundice 30 精, mental wilt and 29 cases of fever after admission, refused to milk 28 Chau, skin sclerosis in 27 cases, do not cry in 26 cases, abdominal distension and vomiting in 21 cases, 19 cases of cyanosis, shortness of breath in 17 cases, 13 cases of apnea, admission temperature does not rise and the lungs
