从河南省“三大战略”规划之一粮食生产核心区规划的实施角度出发,探索在与国家“一带一路”战略进行密切结合和全面融入中的衔接点,立足这些衔接点对粮食生产核心区规划建设在现阶段发展中的瓶颈问题进行全面和深入的调研分析,并提出一些具有针对性的切实可行的解决方案。尝试构建“粮食生产核心区”建设对接“一带一路”战略的系统体系,以期为政府的宏观决策提供富有价值的理论参考。
