等待是一种教育的智慧,体现了以学生为本的理念。教育的等待并不是一种不负责任的放弃,而是一种遵循教育规律的理性选择。等待需要理解,用发展的眼光看孩子,不急于求成。等待需要宽容,承认差异、尊重差异、善待差异。等待需要信任,充满爱意的等待过程就是信任与尊重。等待需要策略,在教育、期待、再教育、再期待的循环往复的过程,等待孩子的自我渐进成长。
Waiting is an educational wisdom that embodies a student-centered philosophy. Waiting for education is not an irresponsible give-up, but a rational choice to follow the law of education. Waiting needs to be understood, with the development of vision of children, not in a hurry to seek success. Waiting for tolerance, recognition of differences, respect for differences, treat differences. Waiting for a trust, loving waiting process is trust and respect. Waiting for strategies to be followed in education, expectation, re-education, and then looking forward to the cycle of reciprocation, waiting for children’s self-growth.
