从现今体育教育存在的问题出发,对传统体育教育与人文教育进行了比较,同时对体育教育中的人文精神进行了研究,指出体育教育应更多体现人文精神,发挥其在人格教育中的特殊作用。人文精神的弘扬和文化的传达是体育教育的真正目的。
Based on the existing problems in physical education, this paper compares the traditional physical education with the humanistic education, and at the same time studies the humanistic spirit in physical education. It points out that physical education should embody the humanistic spirit more and give full play to its special character education effect. The promotion of humanistic spirit and the communication of culture are the real goals of physical education.
