目的观察查木古尔片剂对抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者免疫功能及消化道不良反应的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2014年8月在伊宁市某卫生院定期随诊的艾滋病患者102例作为研究对象,采用完全随机的方法将其分为干预组57例和对照组45例,两组均进行抗病毒治疗的基础上,干预组口服查木古尔片剂3个月,干预前后两组分别进行身高、体重、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+)、血生化和不良反应积分等指标的检测,观察其干预效果。结果研究结果发现,干预后干预组患者不良反应积分比对照组明显下降,白蛋白水平、CD4~+指标和卡诺夫斯基积分均比对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论查木古尔片剂可改善艾滋病患者的体能状态,减少不良症状体征的发生情况,提高患者免疫功能,对其免疫系统有正向调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Chamugulin tablets on immune function and gastrointestinal adverse reactions in AIDS patients treated with anti-virus. Methods From January 2012 to August 2014, 102 patients with HIV / AIDS who were regularly followed up in a hospital in Yining City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the randomized method: 57 cases in the intervention group and 45 cases in the control group. On the basis of antiviral treatment, the rats in the intervention group were given oral Chamuguer tablets for 3 months. Before and after intervention, the levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +), blood biochemistry and adverse reaction scores and other indicators of detection, observe the intervention effect. Results The results showed that the score of adverse reaction in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group after intervention, albumin level, CD4 ~ + index and Khanofsky score were significantly improved than those in control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Chamuguer tablets can improve the physical status of AIDS patients, reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms and signs, improve patient immune function, the immune system has a positive regulatory effect.
