(2014年9月2日)同志们:今天,中央组织部、全国妇联、国家行政学院共同举办的第二期科学发展的女性领导力培训班开班,我代表全国妇联向全体学员表示热烈欢迎!举办女领导干部专题培训班,是对女干部培养的高度重视,也是为女干部提高素质、成长发展创造条件。针对女干部受培训的机会和比例相对低于男干部、广大女干部迫切盼望加强培训提升素质的实际,我与全国妇联的同志们经过反复研究,去年8月向中组部提交了《关于进一步加强培养选拔女干部工作的建议》。
