为了保証热交換器的管子与管板的紧密連接,除了提高管板孔的几何精度和內孔壁的光洁度外,还得在管板孔內割出数条环形小槽(有二至五条不等),尤其是受压在6公斤/厘米~2以上的热交換器,其两端管板孔內一定要割出环形小槽,才能通过脹管达到紧密連接的要求。而每块管板上孔数又較多,如我厂产品一块管板上孔数达549个,故割糟工作量非常大。
