四、有关“配合”的术语及定义(1)配合定义:基本尺寸相同的,相互结合的孔和轴公差带之间的关系。“配合”的实质是反映组成机器的零件之间的关系。新国标所指的“配合”,有如下含义:1.指孔与轴的结合,即一个零件的表面将另一个零件的表面包围住;2.孔、轴的基本尺寸一般相同;3.配合的松紧主要与间隙或过盈及其大小有关,即与孔、轴公差带的相互位置有关;
