压铸机压射速度快慢是制约压铸件质量与效率的重要因素,利用计算机、检测、执行装置实现压射速度的闭环控制是非常必要的,本文在分析了压射基本原理和速度变化规律之后,确定了基于计算机控制的组成部分及控制方案,并针对测速编码器进行简单介绍,保证了压射速度的实时监控和可靠控制。
It is very necessary to use the computer to detect and execute the device to realize the closed-loop control of the injection speed. After analyzing the basic principle of injection and the rule of speed variation, The components and control schemes based on computer control are determined, and a brief description of the speed encoder is made to ensure the real-time monitoring and reliable control of the injection speed.
