纪律是治党的重器,党因规而强。把权力关进制度的笼子,首先要扎牢党规党纪的笼子,把党规党纪的权威树起来,不断提高管党治党的制度化水平。有鉴于此,2015年10月18日,中共中央印发了《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》,并从2016年1月1日开始施行。这两大党内法规,是对党章规定的具体化,体现了全面从严治党的实践成果。
Discipline is a heavy weapon for running the party. The party is strong because of its rules. To turn power into the cage of the system, we must first establish a cage of party discipline and discipline, establish the authority of Party rules and discipline, and constantly improve the institutionalized level of party governing the party. In view of this, on October 18, 2015, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Guidelines on Integrity and Self-discipline of the Chinese Communist Party” and the “Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China”, which will come into effect on January 1, 2016. These two major laws and regulations in the party are the concrete embodiment of the constitution of the party and embody the practical results of the thoroughgoing strict administration of the party.
