现阶段,随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,高校的法制建设的发展也取得了一定的成就。早在十一届三中全会的时候就明确提出:“为了保障人民民主,必须加强社会主义法制,使民主法制化、法律化,使这种制度和法律具有稳定性,连续性和极大的权威性,做到有法可依,有法必依,执法必严,违法必究。”在高校发展中亦是如此。文章将简要分析,我国高校法制建设若干问题方面的相关内容,旨在更好的促进我国高校法制建设更加全面、持久的发展下去。
