课程学习是研究生掌握专门知识和提高科研创新能力的根本渠道,学术性、探究性和创新性是研究生课程学习的本质和核心,研究生教学将直接影响研究生培养质量的提升。本文从分析研究生学位课程“高等农业机械学”教学现状和存在问题入手,重新修订了课程教学大纲,整合更新了教学内容,探索了以问题为导向、重科研实践能力培养的教学方法,实施了立体化教材建设,变革了重学术创新能力培养的成绩综合加权评定方法。通过对课程的全方位建设与实践,完成了教学模式从传授知识为主的“知识本位”向以培养学生独立科研创新能力为主要特征的“能力本位”研究性教学转变,加强了对研究生主动探索、自主科研意识、学术创新思维、实践动手能力的引导和综合素质的培养,显著提升了研究生的培养质量。
Courses learning is the basic channel for graduate students to acquire specialized knowledge and improve the ability of scientific research innovation. Academic, inquiry and innovation are the essence and core of graduate course study. Graduate teaching will directly affect the quality of postgraduate education. This article starts with the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of postgraduates degree programs and Advanced Agricultural Mechanics teaching, revises the curriculum syllabus, integrates and updates the teaching content, explores the teaching methods of problem-oriented and scientific research practical ability cultivation, The implementation of the three-dimensional teaching material construction, reform of academic innovation ability training integrated weighted assessment method. Through the all-round construction and practice of the curriculum, the teaching mode has been changed from “knowledge-oriented” mainly in imparting knowledge to “researching teaching” characterized by independent scientific research and innovation of students. The initiative to explore the graduate students, independent research awareness, academic innovative thinking, practical ability to guide and comprehensive quality training, significantly enhance the quality of graduate education.
