Earlier, Arconic has signed two supply contracts with Airbus. This time, the company will provide 3D printed parts for the Airbus A320. Under the respective agreement, Arconic will provide 3D printed high temperature nickel super alloy pipe assemblies and titanium pipe fuselage components. The company expects the delivery of the two components should be in the second quarter of 2017. The detailed terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Klaus Kleinfeld, president and CEO of Arconic, stated in the statement that we are pleased to deepen our partnership with Airbus and sign the contract.
