本文检测了３２例肝硬化ＰＨＧ患者胃粘膜ＬＰＯ含量，发现其胃粘膜ＬＰＯ含量明显增高，并与胃粘膜病变、ＥＶ和肝功能障碍程度以及ＧＤＭＢ与否有密切关系。提示，ＯＦＲ参与肝硬化ＰＨＧ的发病过程。
