本文通过分析武陵山片区的实际环境条件,搜集目前该片区的民族传统体育项目,并结合中学生的实际条件从民族传统体育的健身价值、娱乐价值、教育价值、传承价值等特点入手,提出适合武陵山片区民族传统中学体育教学的对策,以期在体育教学中应该大力提倡,是必要可行的。
Based on the analysis of the actual environmental conditions in Wuling Mountain area, this paper collects the current national traditional sports in the area and starts with the characteristics of the national traditional physical fitness value, entertainment value, educational value and inheritance value according to the actual conditions of middle school students. It is necessary and feasible to take some countermeasures to PE teaching in ethnic traditional middle schools in mountain area so as to advocate it vigorously in PE teaching.
