CLASSIFICATION AND EVOLUTION OF FAMILY PALEOLIMNADIOPSEIDAE (CONCHOSTRACA)

Based on sculpture of the valve, the size of umbo and the growth line with or without nodes or spines, etc. the family Palcolimnadiopseidae may be classified into 5 subfamilies (including one new subfamily) and 18 genera (including two new genera). In the present paper the author tries to propose a new schcme of the classification and to discuss the origin and evolution of the family Paleolimnadiopseidae.
