针对泥饼对固井质量的影响和调整更新井固井的技术难点,结合泥浆转化水泥浆技术,配制了多功能完井液,配合高密度矿渣固井液代替纯水泥在调整更新井封固油层,多功能完井液形成的泥饼厚度在小于1.5 mm时能完全固化,可提高第一、二界面的胶结质量,多功能完井液和矿渣固井液相容性好,能提高顶替效率,有效地防止窜槽,经长庆马岭地区中78-5井和南174-5井现场应用结果表明,两口井固井质量均为优质井,而且能大幅度降低固井成本,但高密度矿渣固井液在施工中平均密度低于设计密度,还有待于进一步完善。
