《情报学报》自１９８２年创刊以来，跟随改革开放与信息技术发展的步伐，已走过２０年的光荣历程。为纪念《情报学报》创刊２０周年，中国科技情报学会和情报学报编辑部决定于２００２年１０月召开“纪念《情报学报》创刊２０周年学术研讨会”。有关征文内容和注意事项如下：
Since its publication in 1982, the “Intelligence Journal” has followed the glorious course of 20 years following the pace of reform and opening up and the development of information technology. In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the publication of the “Journal of Intelligence,” the editorial office of China Academy of Scientific Information Technology and Intelligence Journal decided in October 2002 to hold “Symposium” Intelligence Journal “20th Anniversary Symposium”.
